Our national network is made up of dependent employees who are accredited by the Chamber of Property Valuers of France FNAIM, accredited RICS and REV-certified by TEGoVA (European valuation standards following the recommendation of the ECB and in accordance with the Mortgage Credit Directive 2014/17/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 February 2014 on credit agreements for consumers relating to residential immovable properties).

In the Group since 1997, he holds the position of Director of Appraisals and runs the three property departments of COFARIS EVALUATION: appraisals, valuations and present values. Property valuer, accredited by the CEIF-FNAIM in the appraisal of residential housing property and commercial expertise with for speciality the Business, approved in exceptional real estate and approved in real estate of company. He is REV (Recognised European Valuer) certified and TVR (TEGoVA Residential Valuer) by TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations). He is a member of the Trade Commission of the CIT (Club Immobilier de Touraine). In october 2015 he became a member of the Chamber of Property Valuers of France FNAIM.

Jérémie Sellam has been a property expert for several years and is now our Manager for Greater Paris and the Hauts de France Region. In 2016, he obtains the accreditation of Royal Institution Chartered Surveyors ( RICS ).

In the Group since 2004, Mélanie Valsesio has been a property expert for several years. She is now our Manager for the South West Region. In 2017, she obtains the accreditation of CNEI (Compagnie Nationale des Experts Immobiliers)
Mohamed BEN ARBIA - REV/TRV
CEIF-accredited and REV-certified property valuer
Real estate expert for several years, Mohamed BEN ARBIA occupies the post of trainer and real estate approved expert. Property valuer accredited by the CEIF-FNAIM in the appraisal of residential housing property. He is REV (Recognised European Valuer) ans TRV (TEGoVA Residential Valuer) - certified by TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations).
